A strategic managerial vacancy has arisen within the National Pharmaceutical Company (NatPharm), a Government-owned entity that procures, warehouses and distributes medicines and medical supplies to health institutions nationwide. • Managing the Company's ICT portfolio
• Update and modernize the Company's ICT platforms and infrastructure
• Enhance NatPharm technology platforms
• Oversee NatPharm projects scheduling, resource mobilization, planning and quality assurance
• Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system
• Administer stakeholder consultations and feedback calendar
• Generate periodic reports on project/stakeholder requirements
• Build capacity of staff on M&E systems
• Conduct SWOT analysis to inform planning and programing
• Appraise all staff under the Department
• Draft for approval and implement the Departmental Plan
• Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations users
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Human Resources and other modules
• Assist users during month-end and year-end closing processes
• Investigate financial discrepancies and reconcile system issues
• Identify process improvement opportunities
• Assist with external system integrations and document new user requirements
• Data Governance, Analytics and Insights Management
• Lead AI Strategy and Digital Transformation

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Systems Administration or related field
• A postgraduate qualification in Management / Administration / ICT or related field is a must
• Knowledge of an ERP system is a must
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, CNA/CISCO, CISSP/CHE, Cloud Computing, CISA, Project Management
• Software development capabilities and application integration
• 5+ years of ICT leadership and strong hands-on experience
• Working experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Extensive experience in networking, virtualisation and user support
• Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning
• Background in implementing cybersecurity controls with emphasis on protecting databases and sensitive data
• Cloud computing platforms and services appropriate for our context
• Database technologies and data management
• IT service management frameworks
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning
• Extensive experience in data analytics and reporting tools
